PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to improve the maintenance efficiency of an electronic form.

SOLUTION: This method for designing and managing the electronic form comprises: a step to refer to mapping information to relate an electronic form with components used by the electronic form in order to retrieve an electronic form which is using updated components; and a step to update or prepare the electronic form by updating or adding the components used by the retrieved electronic form or the mapping information of its electronic form.
