PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new noxious organism controlling agent and aquatic organism attachment inhibiting agent, especially, an insecticide and a miticide. SOLUTION: An acrylonitrile compound is expressed by formula (1) (R is a 1-10C alkyl, a 3-7C cycloalkyl which may be substituted by a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C alkyl which is substituted by a 3-7C cycloalkyl or the like; R1and R2are each H, a halogen, a 1-6C alkyl or the like; A is a specified five-membered or aromatic heterocyclic ring which contains two hetero atoms selected from N, O and S or the like; Z1and Z2are each H, a 1-6C alkyl or the like; Z3is O, S or the like; Z4is O or S; and Z5is a 1-10C aklyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl or the like).
