摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a communication opposite party between devices having communication means by which simultaneous communications with a plurality of opposite parties are possible. SOLUTION: A transmission source address is set to be a communication ID of terminal equipment 2 and a transmission destination address is set to be a communication ID of a terminal specification device 1 or a broadcast address. A communication packet including a code matched with a collation code 104 that a packet analysis part 103 holds is transmitted by non-directional short distance radio communication (radio LAN, for example) from a short distance radio communication part 201 of the terminal equipment 2. In the terminal specification device 1, the packet analysis part 103 analyzes whether the code matched with the collation code 104 is included in the communication packet or not. When the code matched with the collation code 104 is included, the communication ID shown in the transmission source address of the communication packet is the communication ID of the terminal equipment 2 being the communication opposite party.
