PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor device whose resistance is adjustable, for which required area on a circuit board is suppressed to a minimum, and which can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: An adjustable integrated resistor (200), consists of a first electrode (212), a second electrode (214), a phase change medium (210) electrically connected with the first electrode (212) and the second electrode (214), and an adjustable pulse generator (220) for applying adjustable energy to the phase change medium (210). A resistance of the phase change medium (210) is continuously depends on the amount of energy applied to the phase change medium (210). A resistance dependent circuit (230) is electrically connected with the first electrode (212) and the second electrode (214).
