PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material usable with excellent workability as close as a flat building material, producible at a low cost, and further capable of adjusting the temperature of a floor surface or wall surface. SOLUTION: The heat accumulation unit comprises a flat plate for floor structure having a cavity part formed on one side thereof, and a latent heat type heat accumulating material and a slender heat source provided in the cavity part, the cavity part surface side being closed with a plate material.
