PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device with a sliding door having no restriction on installation place and excellent in space-saving property and having a beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: The partition device is provided with a container unit 2 having an opening 25, an upper frame member 3 fixed to the container unit 2. The upper frame member 3 is parallelly fixed to the upper edge of the container unit 2, and provided with a sliding structure 6 formed in the longitudinal direction.
