PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device which has excellent operability in the opening/closing of a door in spite of a simple constitution and which enables the sure opening/closing of the door, and a door system. SOLUTION: The door locking device 50 is equipped with (1) a rotating rod 58 which is elongated along a vertical direction and can be rotated on its own axis, (2) a hook member 60 which is provided in such a manner as to be rotatable integrally with the rotating rod 58 and has a hook part 68 to be locked to one edge of the door 34, and (3) an operation part 62 which is provided at the lower end of the rotating rod 58 so as to operate the rotation of the rotating rod 58.
