MICROPROCESSOR SYSTEM OF HIGH OPERATION SPEED HAVING HR MEMORY AND IMPLEMENTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A microprocessor system of a high operation speed having an HR(Hot Routine) memory and an implementing method thereof are provided to manage a part frequently used or needing a fast response speed on an application program by using a separate memory. CONSTITUTION: A processor core(200) controls the microprocessor system and performs the application programs. A cache memory(202) stores instructions and data performed in the processor core. A cache controller(204) controls operation of the cache memory. An HR controller(206) controls the operation of the HR memory(208). A main memory(212) stores the needed for performing the application program. A system bus(210) is a data path by connecting the processor core and the cache controller, and the HR controller and the main memory. An HR is the part of the highest use frequency and needing a fast response time in the application program.
