IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of prolonging an interval during which normal images can be formed, in the image forming apparatus having an image writing part using an LED print head.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: the image writing part 3 that has light emitting elements arranged in lines for the purpose of forming image data onto a photoreceptor drum 4a as an electrostatic latent image; an image processing part 2 that transmits image data to the image writing part 3 with predetermined transfer timing; a transfer timing computing means 24 that computes an amount of alteration of transfer timing that matches the number of sheets of paper on which images are formed; and a transfer timing storage means 23 that stores the amount of alteration of the transfer timing.
