<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the positioning operation and accuracy of a guide wire. <P>SOLUTION: This device for attaching the guide wire for a perforation appliance so as to accurately arrange the same in a bone is equipped with a tissure protecting sleeve 10 having a grip 16 laterally protruding from one end thereof and the trocar 30 capable of being introduced into the tissue protecting sleeve 10 from the end on the side of the grip thereof and closed at the other end thereof. The trocar 30 is rotatable in the tissue protecting sleeve 10 and has a center perforation for permitting the guide wire to pass and a plurality of eccentric perforations parallel to the axis of the sleeve. In this constitution, a second grip 50, which extends in the almost same direction as the first grip 16 and whose one end is locked with the end part of the trocar 30 positioned outside the tissue protecting sleeve 10, is provided. When both grips 16 and 50 are mutually tightened by the hand, the usually freely rotatable trocar 30 is fixed to the tissue protecting sleeve 10 in its rotational direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
