PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to act a character at a profitable timing in a game of allowing a player to specify the action of the character.

SOLUTION: An action chart showing the action contents of characters from the present time till some seconds later and timings executing their actions is displayed on an area 18 of a game screen 11 so that the player can specify the action of the own character while confirming the action plans of the other characters. An action specification button 19 corresponding to the contents of the actions capable of specifying the actions is displayed on an area 17 on the game screen, the button specification input by the player is received and the player can specify the content of the action. The input of a signal specifying the position on a time axis of the action chart is received so that the player can precisely specify the action execution timing of the character.
