<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to know the current circumstances of a park without visiting the park directly. <P>SOLUTION: From a user terminal 1, an information device 2 is accessed with which information on a park can be inputted and transmitted to the user. The information device 2 transmits a format for inputting information, to the user terminal 1, and the user inputs a condition for a park which he desires to select. The information device 2 uses a piece of information for which a smaller number of changes have been made from among pieces of information registered with a database 3, as a search key, and performs search processing for the park. For acquiring real-time information related to the searched out candidates of parks, namely, information varying with time, an information acquisition device 4 installed on each park is accessed. To the information acquisition device 4, sensors of thermometer and the like are attached, and the device acquires the current circumstances using them and transmits the information to the information device 2.
