<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a home agent for a router in a moving destination in a network system and address creation method applying mobile IPv6 thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A router advertisement including at least prefix information option from an access router AR2 which includes a home agent function, is received by a home address receiving means of a mobile terminal MN1, a c/o address, a home address or an address of the home agent is created by a home address creating means 5, and its registration is requested to the access router AR2 by a registration request means 6.
