<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication apparatus in which transmission of redundant identical or similar messages from virtual communication functions can be suppressed or reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A physical communication apparatus 1 comprising a plurality of virtual routers 12a-12d having an equivalent communication function separated logically is disposed at an end part of a virtual closed network.
