PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply device in which ink in a refilling tube is prevented from drying up, the refilling tube can be inserted/drawn out with low resistance and ink can be refilled quickly. SOLUTION: Since a supply hole 138A is sealed by an enclosed space 200 surrounded by a rib 126A, ink is prevented from drying up. Consequently, the supply hole 138A is not clogged with dried ink and external dust does not adhere to a supply pin 138. When the supply pin 138 is inserted or drawn out, friction resistance is generated between the supply pin 138 and a pin seal member 126. Since the pin seal member 126 is provided with a rib 126A and only the rib 126A is a sliding part, friction resistance is low at the time of sliding.
