PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting system in which a program that is viewed up to the moment, can be viewed later while a mobile digital broadcast receiving terminal is located at a place where electric field strength of a digital broadcasting signal is low or in an unstable receiving environment or even when a battery is dead and said program can not be continuously viewed. SOLUTION: An instruction for recording the program in a storage part 305 is outputted from the mobile digital broadcast receiving terminal to a fixed digital broadcast receiving terminal, and the program can be viewed in the fixed digital broadcast receiving terminal.
