PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-power diode laser device comprising a plurality of high-power diode lasers, wherein necessity to exchange the interconnected high-power diode lasers is delayed and an operating time is extended when one of semiconductor lasers fails. SOLUTION: The high-power diode laser device comprises a plurality of the high-power diode lasers wherein each of the high-power diode lasers includes the semiconductor laser between a heat sink and a cover element, and the semiconductor lasers are connected in series at their electric contacts. The electric contact of each semiconductor laser (2) is connected in parallel with electronic switching means (6, 7 and 8) which induce currents when the semiconductor laser fails.
