PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a liquid crystal display device that makes it possible to adjust an image area displayed on a liquid crystal panel from outside. SOLUTION: Provided are an image signal processing part which separates a television image signal and a composite synchronizing signal from a composite image signal, the liquid crystal panel which displays the television image signal, a timing control part which generates a source start pulse determining the point of time when the television image signal begins to be displayed on the liquid crystal panel by using an internal clock signal and the composite synchronizing signal from the image signal processing part, and a delay circuit which delays the internal clock signal and supplies it to the timing control part.
