PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing blade which is freely attachably and detachably mounted with a side molding 17a provided with a flow regulating function and a function to reduce noise in combination. SOLUTION: The sound absorbing blade 15 is constituted by attaching acoustic materials 19 to both surfaces of an arbor 18 as an arbor, mounting both side ends thereof with a side molding 17 and a side molding 17a of a porous material, extending a portion of the arbor 18 from the acoustic materials 19, and bending the arbor to a shape at which the arbor can be attached by bolts etc., to a frame 20.
