PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a seat cushion thickness and ensure good seating comfortableness in a structure in which a luggage boot floor produced as a seat back rear face by tilting down forward a seat back is put in the lower and horizontal state in a seat structure in which a width direction sliding mechanism is supported to slide on a longitudinal sliding mechanism and a seat is supported on the width direction sliding mechanism. SOLUTION: In this vehicle, a seat 2 in the second line is guided to slid by the longitudinal sliding mechanism 20 provided on the floor in a car compartment and the width direction sliding mechanism 21 guided by the longitudinal sliding mechanism 20. The seat back 2B is supported on the width direction sliding mechanism 21 to turn on a journal part P1. The seat cushion 2C is supported at its back part on the seat back 2B to be turned on a journal part P2 above the journal part P1, and the front part thereof is supported by a link mechanism 25, whereby the seat cushion 2C is guided forward to the lower side by tilting forward the seat back 2B.
