PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor actuator assuring a high versatility not necessary to be adapted for particular purposes and capable of being embodied in a lightweight construction by lessening laying-around of harnesses. SOLUTION: The motor actuator is equipped with a self-acknowledging function 13a accomplished by a self-acknowledgement processing program accommodated in a microcontroller 13. The self-acknowledging function 13a determines the rotatable motion angle of a door from the output shaft rotating angle data sensed by an output shaft rotating angle sensing part 11 when the door is put in the full stroke, acknowledges which purpose the motor actuator 1 is intended for by acknowledging the motion angle differing by purposes, and gives notification to an air-conditioning control device 2 as a master unit by a transceiver 17 via a signal line of a harness 3. Because there is no need to provide a motor actuator 1 having different ID code for the intended purpose, it is possible to assure versatility. The output of a sensor 5 installed in the neighborhood of the door can be also entered, and alike a notification can be given to an air-conditioning control device 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
