PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind and snow protection device for a lifter installed at a vehicle capable of preventing coldness from intruding into the vehicle when the lifter is in service. SOLUTION: The wind and snow protection device covers the lifter 11 installed at the vehicle 2 and is composed of a first supporting member 1 mounted on the vehicle 2, a second supporting member 7 grounded on the ground surface approximately perpendicular to the first supporting member 1, one or more middle supporting members 6 installed between the first supporting member 1 and the second supporting member 7, and a flexible sheath 8 attached to the supporting members 1, 6 and 7.
