PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve spraying of lubricant over a core of a run flat wheel. SOLUTION: (1) A container 18 containing lubricant 19 is disposed in a core piece 11, and a part of the container is located at the height of an upper wall 12 of the core piece or on the outer side in the radial direction. The inside of the container is communicated with a space in a tire by rubbing a part of the container with a back face of the tire in run-flat traveling, and the lubricant 19 in the container is sprayed inside the tire. In a core structure of the run flat tire, the outer ends in the wheel radial direction of a part of the plurality of containers 18 and the outer ends in the wheel radial direction of the remaining containers 18 are different in position in the radial direction of the wheel.
