摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing vibration exiting force, by making crank angle arrangement of a crankshaft of a multicylinder reciprocating internal combustion engine in an unequal angle arrangement. SOLUTION: In a crank-pin angle determination method, a k-order unbalanced force coefficient of a multicylinder internal combustion engine (the number of cranks is N) of crank unequal angle arrangement is G<SB>kN</SB>=¾Σg<SB>ki</SB>¾=Σäexp(jkθ<SB>i</SB>)}, the sum F<SB>kN</SB>=Σf<SB>ki</SB>=Σäp<SB>i</SB>exp(jkθ<SB>i</SB>)} of weighting g<SB>ki</SB>with p<SB>i</SB>is an objective function, and the sum F<SB>kN</SB>is optimized (minimized) as an objective function under a constraint condition where first-order and second-order unbalanced force coefficients G<SB>1N</SB>, G<SB>2N</SB>are zero. Under the constraint condition of G<SB>k1</SB>=0 and G<SB>k2</SB>=0, coefficients of each term of an n-th degree polynomial (n=N-1) relating to the complex number t are acquired corresponding to n so that they are expressed by actual parameters of the number of dimensions (degree of freedom) of allowable solution spaces, an actual parameter region where an absolute values of roots are 1 is acquired, and the roots with respect to parameter values in the region is acquired, and the roots are allocated according to the ignition order to the positions in a longitudinal direction of the crankshaft of each crank so that the objective function is optimized (locally minimized).
