PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastomer composition which dose not lose such excellent characteristics of a conventional acrylic block copolymer as physical properties of a hardness, strengths, elongation, permanent set and so on and also as a touch feeling on a plate obtained by injection molding, even if blended with a bulk filler for the purpose of a cost down to the acrylic block copolymer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 5-95 pts.wt. of (A) an acrylic block copolymer and 95-5 pts.wt. of (B) a core-shell type graft copolymer having (B1) a core of a crosslinked rubber with the principal component of an acrylate, a butadiene or a styrene-butadiene and having (B2) a shell with the principal component of the graft polymer in which the above core is grafted with at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of a methacrylate, an acrylate, an aromatic alkenyl compound and a vinyl cyanide.
