JET TYPE SOLDERING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet type soldering apparatus improved in operability. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction pump 14 is automatically started up with a controller at the preset optimum timing after starting a heater 13 and the solder 11 melted by the heater 13 is JOG-jetted. The operability can be improved such that the solder can be molten completely in a comparatively short time by starting the stirring action from the melted solder 11 with the electromagnetic induction pump 14 and stimulating melting of the unmelted solder 11; the useless waiting time from the melting of the solder 11 to the starting of the electromagnetic induction pump 14 can be reduced; the labor and time for monitoring the melting state of the solder 11 in a solder vessel 12 and starting the electromagnetic induction pump 14 can be reduced; and a period of time needed for that the solder 11 in the solder vessel 12 becomes a soldering-suitable state can be shortened.
