PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge body for footwear that can be easily attached on ready-made footwear and has the same appearance as an usual shoe even when it is attached to it. SOLUTION: The discharge body for footwear is composed of an attachment part for attaching it to a through-hole pierced through a heel part of the footwear, a ground contacting member from the through-hole, and a spring that connects the elements. The top surface of the attachment member attached to the through-hole becomes in contact with the heel of a person wearing the footwear and the static electric charge charged in the human body is transmitted from the foot to the attached body and then flows to a connecting part and is eventually discharged to the ground through the ground contacting discharging part.
