PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvements in the sealability of a steam hole structure installed in a lid of a pot and in the workability in assembly. SOLUTION: In the steam port structure for the pots, a lid lower plate 12 is provided with a safety valve case 16, valve bodies 21 and 21' are housed into the safety valve case 16 so as to be movable vertically, a valve hole member 26 is fitted into the upper part of the safety valve case 16 and valve holes 29 and 29' provided in the valve hole member 26 are located below a steam port 34. The steam port 34 is provided in a steam port cap 32 as an independent part, the valve hole member 26 is interposed between the steam hole cap 32 and the safety valve case 16 and a seal part is provided separately each between the steam hole cap 32 and the valve hole member 26 and between the valve hole member 26 and the safety valve case 16.
