<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell with a simple construction and small size, which is easy to manufacture and capable of efficiently supplying electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The gas diffusion member 10 is composed of a gas diffusion electrode 11 made of a sheet-shaped conductive porous body having a three-dimensional reticulate structure, of which a surface at one side functions as an electrode surface 11a, and a resin part 12 covering a peripheral part of the gas diffusion electrode 11. Surfaces 11c, 11d, 11e of the gas diffusion electrode 11 excluding a communication surface 11b communicating the gas diffusion electrode 11 and an outside part of the gas diffusion member 10 are covered by the resin part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
