PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly fit a long ground element at a predetermined position between rails of a track. SOLUTION: The ground element which is rectangular in plan view is installed at a predetermined position between rails of a track with a train traveling thereon. A mark is put on a top center part of a body of the ground element and on a center part of one short side part of the body of the ground element.
