PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device having high reliability in which no stress is applied to a bonding portion between an earth spring and an LNA substrate. SOLUTION: An antenna unit 3 is mounted on one surface of an antenna substrate 4, the LNA substrate 1 is mounted on the other surface of the antenna substrate 4, and a shield case 6 is attached so as to cover the LNA substrate 1. The earth spring 5 is attached on the LNA substrate 1 so that the end of the earth spring 5 contacts the inner surface of the shield case 6. The earth spring is a push-spring type earth spring in which its base end portion is pressed on the LNA substrate 1 side by a pressing force applied to the tip. When the tip of the earth spring 5 press-contacts the inner surface of the shield case 6 by an elastic force, the pressing force operates so as to press the base end portion of the earth spring 5 to the LNA substrate 1 side.
