An assembly-type wind wheel using the principle of the Savonius-type wind wheel, whose handling is facilitated and whose portability can be enhanced. An assembly-type wind wheel (1) has a transmission shaft (3) and a connection member (8) that rotate about a rotating shaft, and has a rotor (7) connected to the connection shaft (8), having wind-receiving portions (5), and guiding wind received by each wind-receiving portion (5) of the wind-receiving portions (5) to other wind-receiving portions (5). Each wind-receiving portion (5) can be removed from the connection member (8) and folded, so that the rotor (7) can be retracted.
