The device (10) is assembled of two branches (14, 16) with slightly curved cutting edges (18, 20) at the front and rings (30, 32) for the insertion of the fingers at the opposite end. A transversally positioned bolt (12) serves as a rotation axle (24). The screw (12) and the rings (30, 32) are covered by a gold coating. All remaining areas are covered with a protective coating of titanium-aluminum-nitride except an area close to the bolt (12), where both parts slide (14, 16) along each other when the device (10) is used.
