摘要 PURPOSE: A power-saving type vacuum-insulated thermoelectric module unit is provided to increase heat efficiency and maximize power energy efficiency by including a structure capable of minimizing thermal communication between a heat absorbing part and a heat generating part of a thermoelectric module. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating part attached to an upper heat generating heat sink(5) is attached to the upper surface of a thermoelectric module(1) that generates heat due to electrical energy. A heat absorbing part(3) attached to a lower cooling heat sink is attached to the lower surface of the thermoelectric module that absorbs heat due to electrical energy. The heat generating part and the heat absorbing part are interconnected by a lateral thermally-insulated division member of a nylon-based synthetic resin material. A space part(4) isolated from the thermoelectric module is formed inside the lateral thermally-insulated division member and is sealed by a sealing member(22,24,26). A silicon material exhausting part(30) is formed at a side of the lateral thermally-insulated division member to form a vacuum in the space part.
