PURPOSE: Provided is a fishery member filled with a formed resin by distributing evenly an air hole to completely exhaust the air from a receiving space, when the receiving space is filled with a foamed resin. CONSTITUTION: An air hole(30) is formed within a receiving space of an outer case(20). When the receiving space is filled with a foamed resin, air within in the receiving space is exhausted by the filling action. The size of the air hole is configured such that the foamed resin cannot be exhausted outside. A heat supply port is provided to supply heat or steam to induce the foam of the resin, after the receiving space is filled with the foamed resin. An accepter(21) and a cover(22) are fused by heat together. Steam is supplied to the receiving space through a heat supply port to distribute evenly heat to the foamed resin.
