PURPOSE: An integrated real-time VOD(Video On Demand) service system using a channel structure, and a VOD service management server and a user side VOD terminal used for the same are provided to integrate diverse A/V(Audio/Video) contents offered from multiple contents providers, offer the A/V contents in real-time, and offer the A/V contents information arranged in the channel structure. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(11) receives the A/V contents offered from the contents provider(3) and the contents provider information, and encodes it in real-time. A contents storing part(12) stores/manages the encoded A/V contents. A contents information manager(13) stores/manages the information for the A/V contents and the contents provider. A network interface(14) communicates with the user side VOD terminal(2) by connecting to the WAN(Wide Area Network), receives a service request of the VOD terminal, and transmits the encoded A/V contents requested from the VOD terminal. A service manager(15) controls operation of each component, and makes only the preset A/V contents among the A/V contents encoded in the encoder stored to the contents storing part.
