PURPOSE: A vacuum brazing method of a high strength aluminum alloy using Ag-Cu alloy is provided to improve the welding performance and welding precision by applying Ag-Cu alloy as a filler to low-temperature welding of an aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION: Ag-Cu alloy is composed of 70-72wt% of Ag and 28-30wt% of Cu. The Ag-Cu alloy makes low-temperature welding possible by performing an eutectic reaction with Al6061 aluminum alloy. A vacuum brazing method of a high strength aluminum alloy comprises the steps of treating the surfaces of the aluminum alloy and the Ag-Cu alloy using a sand paper and electrolyte, brazing in vacuum condition after placing the Ag-Cu alloy on the welding part of the aluminum alloy, and thermally treating the welded aluminum alloy.
