The present invention relates to the matrix adjuvants for drop pills and the preparation of the drop pills. The matrix adjuvants for drop pills of the present invention comprise new matrix adjuvants with or without the plasticizating agents, which are typically natural matrix adjuvants derived from plants and of safety and non-toxicity. The present invention decreases the toxicity caused by polyethylene glycol; alters the situation that adjuvants derived from animals is scarce; improves the quality of drop pills ; and accelerates the development of drop pills.
