<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tooth form model obtained by the conventional molding method of a model for producing a tooth form. <P>SOLUTION: For the tooth form model, the model of the tooth form is inserted to a plaster base composed by pouring plaster to a base frame and molding a fixing pin for the tooth form model. Further, the tooth form model for producing the tooth form is constituted of the base composed of a plaster material and a plastic plate with a pin in an integrated structure freely attachably and detachably fitted to the base, the plastic plate is strongly laminated on the upper surface side of the base, and the base having a groove and a plurality of holes on the back surface of the base and the plastic plate are fitted.
