<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means with which a person in charge of a person wanting to send information can check information to send by combining a color scheme and components and embedding them in a layout and to provide a means reducing man-hours associated with design by a Web site designer and an approval by a manager. <P>SOLUTION: When the person wanting to send information makes a web page, he/she needs to hand information and a document required for web page design to the Web designer. The information can be delivered by a means currently prepared on the Internet. The result condition can be checked by combining the information inputted by the person wanting to send information with the color scheme prepared beforehand and the layout pattern selected by the intention of the person.
