<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of selecting an optimum manufacturing line by using NC data, and after the end of manufacturing, preventing the NC data from being stored in a manufacturing device and preventing the NC data from being carelessly or illegally leaked. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor is provided with a line information storage part for storing two pieces or more line information having a line identifier, substrate size information and one or more parts information, a data receiving part for receiving NC data which are data having the substrate size information and one or more parts information, a line identifier acquisition part for acquiring the line identifier indicating a manufacturing line capable of manufacturing substrates to be manufactured on the basis of the NC data, and an output part for outputting the line identifier acquired by the line identifier acquisition part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
