<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively recycling sludge such as sewage sludge. <P>SOLUTION: Sludge is dried by an oil temperature drier, and is thereafter utilized as fuel for producing a cement clinker without being subjected to a stage of removing oil. A stage of introducing a gas component generated from the oil temperature dried into a rotary kiln for producing the cement clinker and performing treatment can be included. It is also possible that, after the drying of the sludge by the oil temperature drier, oil contained in the sludge is removed, the sludge is pulverized into a powdery shape, and the powdery sludge is fed to a kiln front burner in the rotary kiln for producing the cement clinker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
