PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply performing an air bleeding work for the type of vehicle having a rear heater core by using a cleaning/regenerating device. SOLUTION: (A) In an automobile having a pipe circuit parallely connected from an engine to a front seat heater core and a back seat rear heater core, (B) in the case of bleeding the air stored in the rear seat heater core, (C) a radiator side connection part of the cleaning/regenerating device 40 (D) is connected to the pipe of the back seat rear heater core side obtained by cutting either one of pipes connected to the back seat rear heater core. (E) Besides, another pipe to be cut is connected to the connection part for sucking the coolant, (F) The device is started, an air bleeding cock and radiator cap are removed while pouring the cooling water and the air bleeding is performed, and (G) the device is stopped after confirming the air bleeding at each air bleeding point.
