PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vee-engine enabling to expand the degree of freedom of a hood shape with a simple structure requiring a small cost-burden. SOLUTION: In this invented vee-engine, height of each bank 12a, 12b is changed to match inclination of an engine hood 8 by offsetting each bank 12a, 12b of an engine main body 10a which is loaded transversely in a same direction A as a rotation direction of a crank shaft 17.
