PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of a temperature measuring probe in a probe separating type electronic thermometer. SOLUTION: The electronic thermometer is constituted by connecting a body 1 and a probe 2 to through a spiral cable 3. The probe 2 contains a probe IC 6 therein.
