PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein when a conventional bearing cap formed of a sintered alloy with a composition of 2.0 wt.% Fe, 0.8 wt.% Cu, and C and a member formed of an aluminum alloy combined with each other are machined, a large step occurs on machined surfaces and the roundness of machined holes is deteriorated, and accordingly the life of machining tool and the surface roughness of the machined surfaces are also lowered. SOLUTION: The bearing cap 2 is formed of the alloy with a composition of 1.5 to 2.5 wt.%, 0.5 to 0.7 wt.% Cu, 0.15 to 0.35 wt.%, and S which is formed by lowering the added amount of C and newly adding S, and combined with an aluminum alloy cylinder head 1.
