PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equip with a member for adjusting capable of selecting and changing a valve lift in a variable valve mechanism with an oscillating cam. SOLUTION: When a drive cam 20 rotates by the rotation of a drive cam shaft 21 to press a drive cam contact roller 42 in a variable valve mechanism, a sliding contact arm 40 rotates around a connection arm 40. An oscillating cam contact roller 41 pushes a part 33 to be pressed by the rotation, and a pushing surface 31 pushes a rocker arm 60 by oscillating an oscillating cam 30 to lift up a valve 70. An insertion part 100 is formed at the part 33 to be pressed and installed by adjusting a shim thickness t. Valve lift is adjusted by providing the member for adjusting with a final connection part of the oscillating cam 30 and adjusting an oscillation angle of the oscillating cam 30 greatly affecting the valve lift.
