PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reason an inclination angle and acceleration of a moving surface, by reasoning the actual acceleration, from a vibration period of a pendulum, without an acceleration sensor for detecting the acceleration. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a pendulum type sensor 1 having a magnetic sensor 51 for detecting the vibration period and the angle of the pendulum 4; and a control part 7 having an arithmetic processing means 71 for reasoning the inclination angle of the moving surface on which the mobile body moves and the acceleration of the mobile body, on the basis of the vibration period and the angle. The control part 7 reasons the actual acceleration using an actual acceleration reasoning expression for the pendulum 4, reasons the angle of the pendulum 4 using an angle reasoning expression for the pendulum 4, reasons the inclination angle of the moving surface on which the mobile body moves, using an inclination angle reasoning expression, and reasons the moving acceleration of the mobile body using a moving acceleration reasoning expression.
