PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure-stabilizing technique excellent in safety which can replace heretofore-known structure-stabilizing means. SOLUTION: A cream-like detergent containing a fatty acid potassium salt is caused to contain a polyoxyethylene branched fatty acid glyceryl ester as a detergent component. An isostearic acid residue is particularly preferable as the branched fatty acid residue. In a preferable form, the detergent component is a combination of the polyoxyethylene monobranched fatty acid glyceryl ester and a polyoxyethylene tribranched fatty acid glyceryl ester. In a particularly preferable form, the detergent component is a combination of the glyceryl polyoxyethylene(20)triisostearate and a glyceryl polyoxyethylene(20)monoisostearate.
