PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological composition containing pyridoxine hydrochloride as an essential component and having reduced or eliminated stimulation caused by pyridoxine hydrochloride to the eye. SOLUTION: The ophthalmological composition is prepared by using chondroitin sulfate and a cellulosic-based high polymer compound in combination with pyridoxine hydrochloride.
